Out of respect for all of our guests and our stylists’ schedules, we kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. When possible, we encourage arriving 5–10 minutes early, as we’re often able to begin services ahead of schedule. If you anticipate being late, please contact us as soon as possible. Arriving late may limit the services we’re able to provide or require rescheduling so we can remain on schedule for other guests. Thank you for partnering with us in creating a thoughtful, dependable experience for everyone.
Walk-In Policy
We’re always happy to welcome walk-in guests whenever availability allows. Walk-ins are worked in thoughtfully around our scheduled appointments to ensure every guest receives the same level of care and attention. Wait times may vary depending on the day and current appointments, but our team is committed to providing a welcoming, high-quality experience for every guest. Thank you for your patience and for helping us maintain a smooth, dependable experience for everyone.
Appointment Cancellation Policy
We value flexibility, understanding, and open communication. We kindly ask that if you need to cancel or reschedule, you notify us as far in advance as possible so we can best serve all of our guests. While we do not currently require a deposit, timely communication helps protect our stylists’ schedules and allows us to offer appointments to others. Thank you for partnering with us in creating a thoughtful, dependable salon experience for our entire community.
